Today was a little out of the norm. I ended up sleeping in till about 9 this morning. Waking up at 9 usually isn’t considered sleeping in, but when you wake up around 6 or 7 each morning, 9 is considered sleeping in. This threw off my entire morning. I had originally planned to go for a walk/run this morning, do laundry, shower, and get ready for the day. Well that didn’t happen I laid in my oh so comfy bed until Cannon got to Columbia. Then, laid around some more until it was time for work. We can always make plans, and sometimes they work out, but sometimes we must be flexible. I just could not get motivated this morning so I took a complete “rest day.” While I was at work I was able to do a couple quick at home workouts in while babysitting. Don’t be down on yourself if you miss a day of working out. One day will not hurt you drastically, just relax, and get back to it the next day.

Squats
Leg raises
Abs
Push Ups
Lunges
Toe Taps on Stairs

 
Today’s Meal Plan (including cheat meal)
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Tuna with honey mustard and Wheat Thins
Snack: Banana
Dinner: 5 Guys-Peanuts, Cheeseburger, and wayyy too many fries
 

 
I wouldn’t normally have my cheat meal on a day I don’t have a serious workout, but I only had a little break during work to go grab food and Cannon and I decided what the hell. It was so good and so worth it. Tomorrow I will probably be working double, but today my body enjoyed that extra bit of goodness.
