Today's Workout
5 miles at the Rock Hill Riverwalk
Squats
Pull ups
 
 

During my walk today I noticed the cutest little leave a book/take a book library. I took a book, and I will be sure to bring a couple next time I go to the Riverwalk.
 
 
Today's Meal Plan
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Chicken and corn on the cob
Snack: Chips and guac
Dinner: some random mish mosh of stuff mom put together????
