Today's Workout
Ab Circuit
Inner & Outer Thighs
Sumo Squats
Standing Obliques
Straight leg deadlifts
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Free motion glutes
Lunges with the bar
Leg press
Incline bench crunches
 
Not sure if this face is because my legs are dead after leg day, or the fact that I had to walk to my car with wet hair in the cold.
 
 
 
Today's Meal Plan
Breakfast: Nature Valley Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits (half pack)
Lunch: chicken and marinated cucumbers
Snacks: Pumpkin Cookies
Dinner: burrito bowl
