Since I have been in college I have
learned a lot about myself and what I need to do to better myself all around.
When it comes to school, I know I need to make sure I get everything done days
before they are due because, frankly why not. It helps relieve a lot of stress
knowing that things are done and I am not having to freak out about it last
minute. As a person, I have started to be more positive and accepting of others
and our differences. Throughout the past four years in school I have made and
lost friends and I think it is all for the better. I am completely
content with my life and who is in it and could not ask for much more. Right
now, I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. I try my best to eat
healthy and get a workout in each day, but realistically it isn’t always easy
trying to balance everything, and I am human. I enjoy a nice burger and fries,
or a bowl of ice-cream every now and then. I just try to limit myself to these
bad (but ohhhh so good) things. The girl that used to resort to these foods
when stressed or upset now resorts to working out. This change, I believe, has
helped with many other aspect because I think that feeling good has made me a
happier person, and we could all use a little more happiness in our lives.

Breakfast: Cinnamon Swirl oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Rice cakes
Dinner: Pizza and Cookies (shoot me)
Tomorrow will be full blown cardio day, or morning. I have to work all day so I will be getting up early to get that cardio in. I also think these muscles have taken a full blown beaten this week and deserve a nice break. Today's workout I realized my poor legs needed rest so that is why you do not see any leg workouts in today's workout.
