I wasn’t lying when I said I would be hurting today. I am extremely sore from yesterday’s workout, but at least I know my body is doing something good. It may seem to look like I have something stuck up my butt while I walk and I moan every time I have to bend my legs to sit down, I’m happy I feel something. I’ve got goals to accomplish and I don’t plan on stopping till I reach them. In the gym today I felt ready to go, despite my aching body, wearing my Backstreet Boys Millennium shirt. There was no stopping me!
