Exercises to Lift Breasts
 
Woman are always looking to lift the booty, but lets not forget about our other lady lumps! Fortunately, there are some exercises that can help us ladies lift our breasts. 


 
Push-ups
 These are not the easiest things to perform. Push-ups help firm the pectoral muscles therefore shaping and toning your breasts. If you are not able to do a normal push-up, you could start on a wall or on your knees as a modified version and work your way up to a push-up.
 
Pull-ups
Whether at home or in a gym, if you've got a horizontal bar that supports your weight, do some pull-ups each day. Grab the bar with both hands facing you and pull your chin up to the bar.
 
Weight Lifting
Using dumbbells while lying on your back raise them above your head and extend your arms to the side, without touching the floor, then bring back to the starting position. Repeat this 15 times for 3 sets.
You can also lie on your back and raise the dumbbells above your head and bring them to the floor above your head (like you are raising your hands), and then bring them back to the start position. Repeat this 15 times for 3 sets.
 
Clenches
While sitting up straight extend your arms in front of you joining palms. Then push your palms into one another. You should feel your pecs become tense and firm.
 
Elastic Exercises
You can do a wide variety of breast lifting exercises with resistance bands/elastic. Some simple, but effective moves involve putting the band around your body while holding the ends and pushing your arms in a forward or outward motion.
