Today's Workout
not a thing!
Many people (including myself) feel guilty for skipping the gym. I honestly beat myself up about it most the time, even though I know my body needs it sometimes for recovery. Skipping the gym once is not going to have any tangible effect on your weight or health, but it's about habit maintenance.
Think about it this way..... Going to the gym one day doesn't give you the body you want, so skipping the gym one day is not going to give you the body you dread.
Today's Meal Plan
Breakfast: Nature Valley Blueberry Breakfast Biscuit (half a pack)
Lunch: two packs of high fiber cinnamon roll oatmeal
Snacks: pumpkin cookies and a banana
Dinner: pizza
