Today's Workout
walk 2 miles
ab circuit
squats with weight ball
Today's Meal Plan
breakfast: grapes
lunch: chicken deli meat, grapes, banana
snacks: yogurt with granola and blueberries, chex mix, cheese (faculty meeting snacks)
dinner: banana, potatoes
Heading home tomorrow for Christmas break which means a lot more time to workout, and a lot more time to blog!
