No workout today
Today's Meal Plan
breakfast: banana sandwich
lunch: veggie soup with cheese quesadilla
snack: peanut butter pretzels, ice-cream, take 5 bar
dinner: noodles with broccoli and carrots, sweet potato fries
Racking up now because I am planning on picking it up a notch in a couple days with Christmas approaching I know eating healthy will be difficult so I want to get as much exercise and eat as healthy as possible before. Doing this will help me get back on a strict schedule and make it easier to workout each day and pay more attention to what I am putting in my body.
